02 Your Voice can be Heard

The same way that art, drawing and music help people express
themselves, I aimed to make something that would put value in one of the most
important styles of communication: writing.
‘Your Voice can be Heard’ is a book designed for 14–18-year-olds. It covers a series of different topics, both old and new, as well as sections for the users to write down their ideas and explore the topic discussed. It is also filled with my own work in order to provide inspiration. This was an incredibly important topic for me to tackle as this has been a huge issue for me and for many others I know, and this direction was something that I always wished that I had. Creating a simple book with two voices that someone can follow and get guidance from, pushed me to make an interactive book. The topics discussed range from world building to writing rap songs, relatable genres for this group.
